Our fully automated ticketing system provides resellers with the ability to track every aspect of a product repair. You can view the time/date a unit is received and which technician the device has been assigned to. Our team diagnoses the repair as a warranty or non-warranty job. If non-warranty, an online quote is created with itemised parts and labour break down, you are then able to accept the repair quote by a simple click of a button. When the job is complete an email will be sent to you including courier ticket number to allow you to further track the goods to final destination.
Our ticketing system makes it easy for you, our dealer, to log any technical queries via email or directly on the portal. Logging into the portal accesses your ticket information and knowledge-based articles.
